Kim Hee Chul & Kim Jung Mo collaborated for the first time in 2011 by releasing the digital single ‘Close Ur Mouth’. In 2015, they released their first mini-album ‘Cottage Industry’ and in April of this year, they released ‘Narcissus’ via SM ‘STATION’, which they wrote the music and lyrics for. They have been recognized for their amazing talents and unique personality, so there is growing interest on the new music and activities they will present through this album.

Traditional Trot that Sings about the Sad Love of a Man! Title Track, ‘Ulsanbawi’

The title track ‘Ulsanbawi’ is a traditional trot track based on the blues. It talks about the sad story of a man who loved a girl but was unable to confess his love and had to give up on her without even being able to tell her how he felt. The lyrics stand out as it compares it to the legend of ‘Ulsanbawi’.

In addition, ‘Essay’ is a traditional rock ballad with a dreamy ambience that talks about a man who did not and does not want to forget about the girl that he broke up with. ‘Banana Shake’ is a punk genre track with bright and light sounds that combines a guitar theme that seems to be played freely and witty lyrics that shows what men think. This track clearly shows the unique personality of Kim Hee Chul & Kim Jung Mo.

‘No DAP’, which sharply criticizes the rude internet commenting culture, is a hardcore track mostly comprised of powerful raps. It features Noh Dae-gun of the band ‘Burstered’ to perfect the song. ‘Narcissus’, which gathered attention after being revealed at the SM digital song open channel ‘STATION’ in April, is a medium tempo rock ballad that draws attention with a sad melody that is in contrast with the powerful sounds. Whee In of ‘MAMAMOO’ featured in this track to further enhance the charm of this track.

This album also includes the remix version of the title song ‘Ulsanbawi’ that was arranged so that it could be enjoyed by men and women of all ages for a total of six tracks. It will be more enough to experience the music of Kim Hee Chul & Kim Jung Mo that is truly like a bag of goodies.
