The <3D Character Interactive Service>, originally part of the 2026 SEASON’S GREETINGS - Special Edition released last December, is finally launching!

We appreciate your patience. Please refer to the detailed instructions below to begin your special experience with your artist's character.

 

📅 Service Launch Schedule

aespa: Monday, March 23, 2026, at 12:00 (KST)
RIIZE: Monday, March 30, 2026, at 12:00 (KST)

Eligible Products: 2026 SEASON’S GREETINGS - Special Edition (aespa / RIIZE)

 

🎮 How to Use

1. Check the code on the back of the ‘3D INTERACTIVE CHARACTER CARD’ included in your package.
2. Access the service URL for each artist provided below.
3. Click the [Start] button and enter the code on your card. (Please note that there may be a waiting queue if traffic is high.)
4. Select the character you want to talk to and enjoy the interactive service!

 

⚠️ Important Notes

• Code Management: One code is provided per package. Codes cannot be reissued if lost, so please keep them safe.
• Service Access: Each code is valid for up to 3 hours of access.
• Service Period: This service will be available until December 31, 2026, 23:59 (KST).
• Supported Languages: Korean and English
• Response Accuracy: Character responses are system-generated and do not represent the    actual views or facts of the artists.
• Chat Etiquette: Access may be restricted if you use slanderous or inappropriate language 
  toward the artist or others.
• Privacy: Conversation data may be used for research to improve the service. Please 
   refrain from entering sensitive personal information.

『2024 aespa LIVE TOUR - SYNK : PARALLEL LINE in SINGAPORE  with LOTTE DUTY FREE』 will be held at the 'SINGAPORE INDOOR STADIUM' in SINGAPORE on July 20th, 2024.

 

The Stamp issuing process has changed from META-PASSPORT APP to SMTOWN APP GPS Verification.

You can get the DIGITAL STAMP with the location verification system in the NEW SMTOWN APP.

 

Please refer to the following details if you are attending the 『2024 aespa LIVE TOUR - SYNK : PARALLEL LINE in SINGAPORE  with LOTTE DUTY FREE』.

🕰️ Time & Date information to get the DIGITAL STAMP

- July 20th, 2024 (SAT) 09:00 - 23:50 (SGT)

🖼️ How to get the DIGITAL STAMP in the NEW SMTOWN APP

STEP 1. Update and sign in (Log in) to SMTOWN APP

STEP 2. Main > Hit ‘PASSPORT’ button

STEP 3. Hit ‘STAMP’ icon at the right bottom in the ‘PASSPORT’ screen.

(Allow access at ‘Settings’ > SMTOWN > Location > ‘Always ALLOW LOCATION ACCESS’)

STEP 4. Click the ‘Location verification’ button and get the Stamp!

 

✔️ Guidance

When you receive an error when getting a ‘STAMP’, please check the detail as below.

1. Please check the network status in your mobile device.

If your smartphone data or Wi-Fi network is unstable, then the ‘STAMP’ might not be issued.

2. Please check your location.

Check your location information access in your smartphone, and then check your location within 500m from the venue.

 

📍 Where to get the DIGITAL STAMP

- Within 500m from the venue at the 'SINGAPORE INDOOR STADIUM' in SINGAPORE

(Please try the Location Verification near the concert hall as possible to avoid any interruptions in collecting STAMP)
