1. Reason for the Revision of Privacy Policy
- We have explained in detail the entrustment company's entrusted work and the purpose of entrustment.

The SMTOWN APP will be updated with a new look on September 6, 2023.

To make fan activities more convenient for fans who love SM artists, we combined various functions scattered through several APPs into the SMTOWN APP.
From checking artist schedules to saving digital passport stamps, managing my LIGHT STICK, and playing AR content!
Now you can enjoy the features you need to your fan activities quickly and easily with the single touch on the HOME screen.
Stay tuned for expansion of SMTOWN services in the future.
Please look forward to SMTOWN services that will improve in various ways!
* From September 6, please use the updated version (v4.0.0) of the SMTOWN APP.
Older versions of the APP do not support new features.
* With the APP update, we will terminate some APP services transferred to SMTOWN.

[Existing APP Termination Schedule and Changes of Major Services]
META-PASSPORT
- The META-PASSPORT service ended on Thursday, August 31, 2023, at 23:59:59 (KST).
The SMTOWN APP has been issuing stamps since August 4, 2023, and as previously announced, you can find the stamps issued from the META-PASSPORT service and the digitally converted PINK PASSPORT stamps on the SMTOWN APP.
SMTOWN AR
- SMTOWN AR VIEWER APP service is scheduled to end sometime in 2023.
Please check the notice later for more information.
And you can still play and save AR content in the new 'SMTOWN' APP.
You can also view all of your existing AR content.
KWANGYA CLUB
- The community service will be terminated on Monday, September 11, at 23:59:59 (KST).
The SM ARTIST OFFICIAL FANCLUB platform will be changed to 'Weverse' from Tuesday, September 12.
For details related to the change of the fan club platform, please check the announcement of KWANGYA CLUB for each artist.

Red Velvet 4th Concert : R to V in BANGKOK will be held at the Thunder Dome in Bangkok, Thailand on Saturday, May 13th, 2023 to Sunday, May 14th, 2023.
The Stamp issuing process has changed from SMTOWN QR Scan to META-PASSPORT GPS Verification.
We would like to inform you the available locations and time slot to collect the MUSIC NATION SMTOWN DIGITAL STAMP. Please refer to the following details if you are attending the Concert.

[ How to collect MUSIC NATION SMTOWN DIGITAL STAMP ]
▶ STEP 1. Update and sign in (Log in) to META-PASSPORT App
▶ STEP 2. Main > Hit ‘STAMP’ button on right top corner
▶ STEP 3. Hit ‘GPS’ button
(Allow access at ‘Settings> METAPASSPORT> Location> Always ALLOW LOCATION ACCESS)
▶ STEP 4. Stamp collected!

▶ Within 500m from the venue at the Thunder Dome in Bangkok, Thailand
(Please try the Location Verification near the concert hall as possible to avoid any interruptions in collecting STAMP)
